From My Travels – Felice Gatto
When it comes to food, I love trying different restaurants. But what I love most is being able to discern the ingredients in a dish hoping that I could reproduce it at home. More often than not, I don’t have the time to cook but when I do find the time, I love trying new recipes. I remember, one summer, all I did was cook. All summer long. I miss those days. But I’m looking forward to BBQ’s in the backyard with a good glass of wine.
Felice Gatto was a restaurant I ate in while in Seoul. I didn’t have any expectations for the food and was pleasantly surprised when I ate my plate of pasta. Although I didn’t take a photo of the dish, I remember wanting try making the pasta at home. So I jotted down the ingredients that I thought were used in the pasta for future reference.
