After 7 hours of driving, Justine and I finally made it to Montreal. It’s the first time I’m able to experience this city without having to be on a school trip. Justine and I met up with TPW’s intern Erin who’s been living in Montreal for the past 4 years.
From eating delicious poutine at the famous 24 hour La Banquise, to some delicious pies at the Rockaberry, it’s been quite the food extravaganza. Tomorrow, we’re heading over to the Jean-Talon market followed by visiting some wonderful boutiques in and around this great city. And next week, we’re going share some of our top favorite picks from Montreal with you. Looking forward to our finds!

Lola and Emily. I can’t help but picture two princesses twirling around in flowery dresses, and dainty shoes on a green pasture. No, the store doesn’t look like this but it does have a similar feminine, whimsical and flirty flare to it. A warm light draws you in from its glass windowpane, especially in the coldest of Montreal winters, and once you’re inside, it feels like gorgeous spring. The beautiful wooden bed frames, delicate gold necklaces, and luscious couture blend together to form styles ranging from an ‘edgy’ Lola to a ‘conservative’ Emily. Simply lavish.
