The long awaited Valentine’s collection is now available for purchase on THE PAPER WHALE’s ETSY page. Make sure to send us some love! The photographs are courtesy of VNTG Photography while the chair used in our shoot was on loan from the fabulous people at Putti. I’m sure you’ve been looking forward to the weekend so I thought another small peek at a TPW’s Valentine’s Day product line up would be a great way to start your weekend. I’m still waiting for the photos to be edited but I’m sure to have them soon. Friday will be a frenzy for TPW to get the products up online on our ETSY page. Looking at last year’s TPW shoot I can’t help but miss summer. Even though I’m not a big fan of the heat I am dreaming of waking up to sunshine and hearing the birds whistle outside and for those perfect summer evening sunsets. So I thought that I’d bring a little warmth to your cold winter day because it’s bound to last a while longer.
In the midst of finalizing the images from the shoot and in celebration of the big V day, I would like you to send me an image of yourself or of someone else that represents Valentine’s Day. TPW unveils this year’s Valentine’s Day concept. The small collection of cards and special edition Cream Soda POM Candy are a part of this year’s The Nature of Love concept. Tomorrow’s shoot will definitely be fun and after visitng Putti today I can’t wait to share the simple yet beautiful pieces I selected to showcase as a part of the shoot. It’s going to be a long day but I’m sure it will be equally fulfilling to wrap up the Valentine’s Day shoot!

It’s finally Friday! It’s been a little stressful this week with finalizing the designs for the cards I plan on posting next week. The Valentine’s Day photo shoot is also scheduled for this Sunday with David Reyes from VNTG Photography. Originally we were going to hold the shoot outdoors (in the cold) but because the weather looks horrible, I’ve had to make last minute changes. We’re now holding the shoot indoors. And even though I’ve had to change the overall shoot concept I’ve been able to settle on a new idea for the shoot.
I have another reason to be excited. The Paper Whale will be featuring some Putti products in our Valentine’s Day shoot. I couldn’t be more thrilled. Tomorrow, I will be visiting the antique store in the morning to finalize the products that TPW will borrow from store to use for our Valentine’s Day shoot!

I’ve been working diligently on the Valentine’s Day products and it will soon be ready for viewing. The shoot is scheduled for next Sunday and the products will be uploaded on our ETSY page for the week of January 24th.
